Race Day Week #2 @ Grove was another great day to be a Golden Bear! The varsity boys team finished 2nd, the JV boys took 1st, the girls team finished 9th. All together there were 19 individuals who ran personal bests! #BryanBuilt
Last night Kate Thormeier earned 2 podium finishes with a 6th place finish in the 1600m in a time of 5:18, only 9 seconds off of her outdoor record time. She placed 4th in the 3200m in 11:43. Great job to Kate in her second trip to the indoor state meet!
The boys 4x800 of Spencer Woodward, Elijah Cummins, Josiah Cummins, and Braydon Buchanan placed 12th with an indoor season best of 8:42. Good job to these boys in their first trip to the indoor state meet.

On the girls side of things Kate Thormeier and Nicolette Stickney represented the purple and gold in Tiffin. Nicolette unfortunately did not advance but had an amazing season! And Kate will be running in state meet next weekend!
District Races today for BHS Cross! The boys team finished 3rd and qualified for Regionals as a team! For the girls, Kate Thormeier and Nicolette Stickney finished 5th and 8th respectively and punched their tickets for a regional race next week!
In the girls NWOAL race senior Kate Thormeier finished 4th in a time of 19:19 with Junior Nicolette Stickney in 5th running a 19:27, both earning first team all league honors. Freshman Claire Thormeier placed 19th running a 21:44 earning honorable mention for the league.
