Bought a Sisley facial crème (£312 ) with 2 other items on 6 November from
@flannelsfashion. The crème was missing from the package. Flannels refuses to take responsibility / to deliver the missing item. Many other customers reported similar incidents.

@ZipcarUK thanks for the "thoughts and prayers" when you ruined my daughter's birthday party by cancelling the reservation and did nothing about it. Actually, your agents kept offering a time machine so I could magically get to another car and back within seconds. TERRIBLE!!!
