Sign me up.
It never ends and the reality of that is brutal af.
But I want to be the type of person that answers the call.
The type of person that sees the challenge and steps up anyway.
Im grateful for the desire to be excellent.
Let’s get it 🦬

It never ends.
The pressure.
The frustration.
The pain.
The fear.
The ever present feeling that you might not be good enough.
The constant feeling of being behind.
That constant questioning of whether you are actually giving it your all.
If you have big dreams that you are dead set on making into reality…
It never ends.
Ever.
It's not just you.
It's the way it is.
It's the achiever’s life.
It's the competitor's life.
It's the builder's life.
Warriors need a war.
You may wish for peace, but you know deep down you were built to fight.
You aren't built like everyone else.
The sooner you understand this, the sooner you can start enjoying the process instead of just trying to get through it.
Be grateful you were born with the fire inside you.
The world needs it.

Talk to people.
There are so many people out there trying to get thru life just like you.
So many people who want to help.
Or need help.
Or would love just a tiny bit of what you offer to the world.
If you’ve got good energy, share it.
Talk to people. Make someone’s day.
Being a good person is not enough to solve or eliminate conflict.
Stop tiptoeing around conversations and delaying the inevitable.
Say what needs to be said AND be kind where you can.
A lot of good can come from speaking your mind.
Little good comes from biting your tongue.
God has never let me down.
Not once.
Even when I thought he did...
...In the long run he didn't.
Even when I thought it would never happen...
…it always did.
Even when I knew I wasn't deserving...
...He came through for me.
Even when I thought the pain would never end…
…It always did.
Keep the faith.
Keep working.
Do the best you can.
When you mess up, make it right.
Treat people how you’d want to be treated.
God will do the rest.
I believe that to the depths of my being.
...And I believe it for you.
Keep fighting.
Do good.
Be good.
Your day is coming.
Any time I want to make a major change in my life, I start by adding, subtracting, or changing the seemingly minor habits involved in my day to day.
If you change your habits, it will change your life.
What habit has made a profound impact in your life?
@LewisHowes I started taking any compliment that I give to others and started to apply it to myself.
Ex) whenever I feel the urge to call someone beautiful or intelligent, I say it. But then I say it again about myself.
It showed me that Im kinder to others than I am to myself.

When it comes to winning, talent only gets you so far.
In business I feel like we overvalue intelligence and undervalue the players who execute with elite speed and elite consistency.
Gimme the person that gets shit done daily over the person with an impressive IQ.
We gon win
We often confuse activity with progress.
Long days and packed calendars.
The separator isn’t who’s busiest… it’s who finishes meaningful work.
Outcomes > hours.
Rest with intention, then CRUSH the hours you’re awake.
Results are all that matters.
The moat is attention.
Celebs, athletes, and business leaders are ALL building personal brands from scratch.
The window on social media is closing with all the AI flooding our feeds.
There’s still time but it’s time to get serious about it.
The Attention Economy is real.
Most people don’t have a goal problem.
They have an execution problem.
They chase outcomes instead of inputs.
“Lose 10 pounds” is what sounds good.
“Walk 10k steps daily for 90 days” is what wins.
Track it & act on it. Otherwise, your goals just collect dust.
High energy isn’t a moment. It’s a reputation.
Anyone can show up fired up once.
Winners bring it consistently.
Be the person who gives more than they take.
That energy compounds.
People who are kind, considerate, and courageous need to win BIG and share their wins.
People who are winning BIG: aka making a lot of money and gaining a lot of followers need to share how kind, considerate, and courageous they are.

@addictcoaching@LewisHowes This is a great take!! 🔥
I do think an exception are teachers and other professionals who work specifically with kids and/or parents.
@RealAFShow This made me think about who I like and who I dislike. Sports, politics, brands…
And I think there’s a lot we can learn about how we react to people and news.
Sometimes we don’t like someone or something JUST because we identify with one side of the narrative.
