@RGIII@OuttaPocketRG3@Gretegiii We still have a player (Tim Ream) starting for our team that grew up playing when there was no professional league in the US and players playing in Europe was unheard of. Only recently have American born players been able to get rich and famous playing soccer.
We are deeply honored to accept the award for Most Confusing AI Billboard in San Francisco! 🙇
Honestly, with the level of competition this year, we never thought we’d win. The other nominees had experience, large budgets, and, in some cases, actual marketing teams.
@FinanceLancelot Yes, (some) things will get cheaper, but I had a tough time seeing how that builds the life for people he describes. Childcare, for example, is one of the biggest expenses for people. How does this get cheaper with AI? Especially if there is the labor shortage he describes.
@TheHerd@colincowherd Would love to keep Bron a Laker, but you’re making it seem like that’s the only way forward. Bron can walk and lakers still have one of the best positions in the league to make moves. Why would “winning maximum” be capped. The question is really more how they handle Austin IMO
Ya laugh it up…17 Chips to 2 (I guess we count the first one). Lakers were up 5 and then whistles started - 14 FTs in the 3rd. Lakers won’t win the series but to just say Lakers would have lost anyways is BS. Basketball is all about momentum - ref’s bias towards helping them is like free timeouts + points.
@levie Exactly what we’ve been building towards with #@speakeasydev. The control plane problem is real. You need full traceability of every tool call, per team spend attribution, and the ability to gate access by role before you can get to thinking about token budget conversations.
@MarcusSpillane@levie Check out Speakeasy’s AI Control Plane. Enterprise-grade security & control for OpenClaw and the broader MCP ecosystem. DM me for an intro to the founding team.
@levie Check out Speakeasy’s AI control plane. It’s got enterprise level security and control for OpenClaw and the rest of the MCP/AI ecosystem. DM me if you want an intro to the founders.
Literally was just talking about this. My wife and I own a company, so we pay 100% of our insure. Family of 4 so we in ~$40K/year. Major things could always go wrong, but I’d be surprised if we even use $5K of that a year. With the costs continuing to rise, it almost makes more sense to not have insurance and put the money in some kind of account.
