@robdthomas You've been very consistent on that, Rob. It would be interesting to see how far that has permeated your organization (obviously hard to measure) and the effect it has had.
@StevenDickens3@CTOAdvisor Multiple times per day, I move my inbox to another folder - "yesterbox" (otherwise email comes in while processing). There I quickly process each email - delete, delegate, do, defer (GTD). Delegate/defer goes into my task mgmt system. Inbox fills up again.
@StevenDickens3@Schwarzenegger Yes, obviously one could have worse guides. He seems to have softened his approach to a reasonable one for most. 90% is just starting!
@StevenDickens3@IBM@NadaSantiago7@RickSchoonmaker I've corrected it a few times this week. You're always in the back of my mind when I do. Of course I had them correct it to L1, but it’s the thought that counts.
@danielnewmanUV Impressive! Consistency is key and it shows @danielnewmanUV.
Today will be a hike up Mt Beacon to the fire tower. Getting ready for a (possible) @GORUCK event in Normandy.
@danielnewmanUV@Forbes Great picture with @ArvindKrishna, but I'm sure the conversations were even more fascinating. Looking forward to reading the whole article tonight.
@StevenDickens3@Timccopeland Hey @TimCopeland it's rough but an inbox is a horrible task mgr. I process mine a few times a day (timebox). Move all into a folder, delete/archive/file/delegate as many as u can QUICKLY (make it a game: 100 in 15 mins). <2mins, do it. Prioritize the last few into your task list
