@KiddiesKingdom @OutnAbout_UK U made it clear we are on our own. Attitude from staff has been appalling. My partner has barely left the house due to not wanting to take the risk of the pram rolling especially in a car park when fitting the car seat. Causing tears and stress! Disgraceful customer service.

@KiddiesKingdom reported a faulty brake 6 days ago on an @OutnAbout_UK pram we bought. 6 weeks of light use and is causing no end of stress as it’s dangerous & putting a baby’s life at risk. Won’t replace it as it’s my fault for not maintaining it?! 🤯😡 6 weeks of summer use!
