0.5 oz Amaretto
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes of bitters
1 egg white

- .25 oz. Demerara Sugar Syrup
- 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Mix with ice & stir until well chilled. Garnish with orange swath.
