Every year I call my butcher and tell him it’s my birthday and he cuts a ribeye, in oz. per year, for my birthday “steak.” I’ve been doing this for 15 years. He doesn’t have to ask my age anymore. He knows. Thinking about smoking it and a reverse sear. @wjwheeler54 @Ford_Nick
