Dear @XfinitySupport your customer service is horrible. We’ve had an issue for a month, have had to call 3 times and when I finally thought I was getting somewhere, cutoff and no callback. Give me someone that can help me, not another kid that has to talk to their supervisor.
@hpsupport can you help with this? I can’t find much help online… literally doesn’t stop printing these unless I cancel it. My print job shows up once in about 20 sheets.
