As part of the new agreement, the company plans to improve billing and customer service, in addition to launching a web platform and mobile app to improve communication with customers.

So...
Not only is tomorrow a Friday during the summer, but it will be a day dominated with reaction to the verdict.
If you have any information you've been afraid to put out - but must put out - tomorrow might be your day.
That's not being crass, it's Crisis #COMMS 301.
@thewaterloop@ASDWAorg I’m proud to have worked with Aubrey for the past three decades - he’s been a rockstar for the people of #Alabama when it comes to safe drinking #water!!
We speak about #PFAS to a lot of great groups, but we’re particularly excited to have a 75-minute slot at the 1st Annual Blackbelt Utility Conference in #Alabama! #water#impact@WaterPIO@thewaterloop

@pfoaprojectny1 Summary of all #PFAS studies to date:
1. PFAS are bad.
2. We shouldn’t drink them.
3. The problem is solvable.
4. The solution is expensive.
5. Rate payers will unjustly bear the costs.
5. @EPA is terrible at estimating costs.
Consumer products can be made without #PFAS.
Look at Patagonia.
They developed a PFAS-free water repellent featured in clothes including their Slate Sky Jacket.

Thanks to @patagonia for outfitting us for the Mississippi By Nature series.
Statement from Mike McGill, President of WaterPIO/PFASComms.com, on the @EPA's drinking #water standards involving six #PFAS to be officially announced later today in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
As I travel to another speech, I’m thinking about my colleagues flying to DC for the National #Water Policy Fly-in and how disrespectful @EPA is for announcing the #PFAS MCLs when they knew so many pros would be out of their offices, harming their ability to respond back at home.
The @EPA's invites for the announcement of their #PFAS MCLs are out.
They'll be announced in Fayetteville, NC, at the Public Works Commission's #water treatment plant on Wednesday at 10:30 am.
(Didn't make the list, even though I helped blow up the 1st @chemours Consent Order.)
@WaterPIO So what’s a utility supposed to say?!?!??
“Hi, customer. We would like to inform you that we comply with all requirements of the @EPA‘s own “SAFE DRINKING WATER Act” but your EPA says our water is not safe to drink. Thank you for your continued confidence in our abilities.”
Putting the final touches on the set-up for our #PFAS panel at @alruralwater today.
We'll cover the latest news/rumblings, show how to manage testing programs, detail specific solutions to discoveries, and lay out the public #communication efforts needed to protect reputations.
@WaterPIO And can I go ahead and submit tomorrow’s beg - that we ban the use of the term “P-F-A’s”??!? It’s “PFAS” and the “S” includes the plurality. Enough of calling them by the wrong name already 😂
@WaterPIO@EPAMichaelRegan I’m pretty sure no @EPA administrator has ever made a trip to my home state of Alabama to talk solely about port funding….and I’m betting that wasn’t the only reason for this trip to NC #PFAS
