Tesla finally resolved this issue and received refund for accidental software purchases. Thanks for finally making this right. App changes need to be done and more safeguards are in place to prevent purchases while your phone is in your pocket.

Worst customer service at Tesla. While washing my car and my phone in my pocket, the Tesla app purchased Full Self Driving and Autopilot for a total of $16,352. The app had refund feature for full self driving purchase but not for the autopilot purchase. @elonmusk
