Industrial parks should be housed n managed by Universities. They are capable of doing research, identifying market opportunities and running them while at the same time impacting practical knowledge to students. The gov't needs to increase internal controls

@zzallooo @Zyfren_ @Dexerto Let me give you an example. If a parent punishes a child by say slapping the child & inturn the child falls on a stone & dies. The intent of the parent wasn't murder but in the eyes of the law, It's murder. Intent in this case will determine whether murder 1, 2 or manslaughter

@zzallooo @Zyfren_ @Dexerto In law, INTENT doesn't determine innocence but level of culpability. Hence manslaughter, murder 1 or 2. Some1 else lost their life because you were reckless in killing urself(which is illegal) & hence u r liable. Mental health is a mitigating factor that reduces culpability

Sensible countries however should follow what China did, require content creators 2 av a degree or expertise in the area in which they choose 2 offer advise especially in medicine(anti-vaccine advise based on ignorance) finance etc

How will saccos lend if tomorrow the borrower will sell their shares and who will guarantee a new borrower?

@Bonniew86 @moneyacademyKE What u'll buy & sell is shares of the sacco, not ur capital. Ur core capital problem won't be solved by nse. Sacco's av rules ie. Core capital (share capital) is not redeemable but can only be sold to someone else unlike normal shares. Costs are related to NSE listing.
