If a guest can retaliate during a payment dispute and @Airbnb still treats that as protected feedback, what meaningful protection does the retaliatory-review policy actually provide?

Superhost here. A guest left a 1★ review while actively disputing a disclosed charge I was enforcing through Airbnb. I submitted timestamped evidence under your retaliatory-review policy. Specialized team still kept it.
They said it “reflects the guest’s experience”.
My gohd dis mind. It never rests. I hate stress but I know I can never live without it. Keeps me alive. Like in thrill rides - there is always a brief moment of peace and clarity at the fastest part of the fall, even when the rest of the ride’s gonna give you the heart attack
“I love you’s” out of nowhere makes us feel like we really had made a loving home for her to grow up in. Kinikilig pa sya pag sya ang sinasabihan at kinikiss. Love is a magical thing, in all its forms.
I think it’s a thoroughly mindblowing step in childhood when a toddler learns what “I love you” means. Adults can’t even explain it in a few words, let alone in language a 1-2 year old can speak. It can only be taught through actions, and genuine examples. Bella’s -
Goes without saying - the team itself moves the weight and I can only do my best from afar.
Also, still,
business = 89% (time X effort X skill) + 10% money + 1% luck. Belief in your vision is somewhere there in between.
We’re looking good now, but god darn the amount of effort, time, and the brainpower I didn’t know I had, but had to use to strategize and execute marketing, operations, networking, all while in a full time job. Not to mention the finances to burn for the runway.
Choosing the right “pieces”, people, partners, and putting them in the most strategic positions where they work best. Designing systems. Watching everything run with a semblance of a clockwork is satisfying, and kills anxiety.
There it is - sinisingil na ba ko ng katawan ko for working non stop, almost no rest days for months? Haha kayod lang, may mga mangungutang pa e. Charooot not charot? Umabot na sa point na ako yung nahihiya gumanto and I aint living with that.
Parang, yung top part ng buhok ko nanatili lang yung size. Tapos yung lapad ng mukha ang nag adjust. Haha. Taena sagwa ng chubby cheeks ko non pero it became my “normal” look
Naalala ko to, within 2 hours yung shoot-edit-post. Concept came in while shooting. Instant na instant. Haha pero I learn something new or improve on a little something kada video. Very long learning process.
Sobrang on fire ng creative self ko when I’m shooting and editing content. I dont even care about the possible reception, I just get really satisfied editing?? Timing beats, giving surprise cuts, telling stories along the way. Salamat talaga sa tech, di na nakakatamad magcreate
