@ChrisB_Chambers @MattWalshBlog 100% cyclist fault. Cyclist is staying in the blind spot WAY too long, has no space cushion, and tries to pass on the left of a car that is signaling to turn left. Blaming the car driver doesn't help you if you're DEAD. Take the MSF course and learn about these things.
