Daughter was conned into using diagnostic service only to be told what we already told the service team. And they can’t fix the issue despite promises that they would be able to.

Seems like you are trying to hide the true costs to me. £7.5k orders must be too low for you to be interested.

@Tapi_Carpets after receiving a £7.5k quote from Cheltenham to carpet 4 rooms and 3 staircases I asked 2 weeks ago for a room by room breakdown rather than a simple £7.5k. The quote has no transparency and gives us no clear indication of differing room and carpet costs.
