@flipkartsupport order placed for flip flops on July 31st. Delivered 2nd August, defective item. Exchange requested on 2nd August. The delivery agent refused to pick up the item stating the price tag is missing for an item which was being returned exactly the way it was received

My vehicle has been at the workshop for close to 2 months. Cluster replaced, pcm replaced, wiring reworked and still reprogramming failed. No clarity by when will this issue resolve and how are you going to compensate for this delay and inconvenience?

Dissatisfied with the resolution timeline provided by Ford this time for my Figo which has been lying in the service center for almost a month and half due to unavailability of a part. Also, there is no ETA yet.
@JioCare A technician called and said there is an issue in the area itself and it'll take 24 hours and sent a message asking me to share the order completion code stating that the issue has been resolved. No one has visited yet whereas it was scheduled for a visit between 5 -6 pm
