@SamaHoole Do 4-6 reps to failure on everything and see how much you fuck up your joints. Junk reps will give you longevity in the gym, there’s plenty of ways to make lighter-medium weight feel heavier. Focus on mind muscle connection and intensity over weight.
@colin_gladman I completely stopped buying options since I have a full time small business to run, only trade shares and I’ll sell (not buy) options. It’s not nearly as stressful either.
