@BrothersMisfit @SunwingVacay The reps at our hotel have told us that our 508 flight leaves at 3:30am and our transportation should be here at around 11pm tonight. We had very similar information yesterday, so I have doubts.

@Amritthukral @SunwingVacay They were clear that you are screwed. They will refund you for your unused flight (at whatever they decide to value it at) and you pay the heavily marked up price based on the need that they created. They will also likely pay you in Sunwing credits….

@SunwingVacay @annarynx More lies! We have had close to 10 flight times so far, with no flight! This has nothing to do with weather, as all other planes are flying. If we talk to 3 sunwing reps we get 3 different answers. Stop leaving us in lobbies all day wondering.

@cherdeguz @SunwingVacay @CraiggyOnly I’m with a large group that was supposed to be on WG508 on Dec 24. We were told we would be on the 5:15 today. We loaded the bus, drove 15’ then removed and told 3:30am. Nobody knows. Sitting in a lobby again.

You have missed at least 2 flights from Cancun to Edmonton and are telling everyone they are on the next flight. LIES

@JamesFos23 @johnnychrchbrnr @SunwingVacay The flight left Edmonton (WG507) made it to Cancun last night. Seems like they just parked the plane. We were supposed to leave yesterday, but I assume they will get you and others out ahead of us.
