@RedNinetyFour U grow players as a franchise, Alpi did all by himself just not giving up. 2 seasons with Silas terrible, other than we he absolutely has to, Ime never ever made this team play and being set up to the play style of Alpi. He is 23 only.He will develop further but not with this org

He can do much better than this and for that he is to blame, potential is one thing but what you do with it in a consistent way determines what kind of a player u will be

Also Ime is incapable of creating offensive plans and with his defensive mindset ,you can only go so far.
