My husband will be flying SW in the morning, and my mom on Tuesday and perhaps this will be the last time. Obviously our loyalty to this airline is misplaced. Incredibly disappointed.
@SouthwestAir Southwest Airlines last ditch effort to have someone assist me. I just had a terrible experience with your customer service. I tried to update my mom's ticket to come a day earlier (tomorrow) to help me with my newborn. After spending nearly $400 and over 2 hours on
and it says to wait up to 10 days for a response. It appears I spent $355 today for my mom to take her original flight on Tuesday.
I had a negative experience when I flew with SW in February and now this.
My first time flying with @SouthwestAir since the new policies have taken effect. Upon boarding my connecting flight tonight after being delayed for 6+ hours. I was denied pre-boarding with my active duty husband, despite being obviously 7 months pregnant. Very disappointed.
@SouthwestAir I was told I would have to wait for my boarding group while my husband was free to pre-board. Evidently this is up to the discretion of the agent. After our original flight being cancelled this morning and our connecting flight being delayed this left a sour taste in my mouth.
