It's almost parkrunday - we'll see you all in @HanleyPark tomorrow morning.
An extra marshal or two would be useful so shout up if you can help out.

Well done to our 202 parkrunners and parkwalkers this morning and a huge thank you to our volunteer team.

It’s almost time for your favourite run of the week.

@RunningisBS No need to wait for peanut butter in a goody bag, it’s now available in a handy gel pack!
It’s just peanut butter though - a bit claggy 🤢

We've had some great festive parkruns and now it's time to start filling up the January volunteer roster.
Can you help? Timekeepers and marshals still required for our next parkrun.

Happy parkrun Eve!
We’ve got a full Christmas Day volunteer roster, so will you be joining us for a festive parkrun or parkwalk in the morning?

[Hanley parkrun @Hanleyparkrun]

Sorry folks, but we're cancelling tomorrow's Hanley parkrun.
There are already icy patches around the park and the overnight temperatures are forecast to get down to -6°C in @HanleyPark . The safety of our parkrunners and volunteers is always our number one priority.

It might be a bit cold tomorrow morning, but fingers crossed for a dry morning for your favourite 5k of the week. Thanks so much to everyone who has offered to volunteer- you're amazing! We could just do with one more marshal if anyone else can help #voluncheers #loveparkrun

@RunningisBS Definitely worth trialling the cooked potato option before the race. This is the message I got from my wife when she was experimenting with ultra fuelling 🤮🐕
