🚨BREAKING🚨
The Fifth Circuit just struck down the unconstitutional federal ban on purchasing handguns across state lines.
“The Ban sullies the plain text of the 2A & is inconsistent with the nation’s tradition of firearms regulation, dating back to the founding era.”
Ilhan Omar says guns are too easy to get in America.
Then police reportedly pulled guns and ammunition from the apartment where her son lives.
Her son was not arrested.
The roommate was.
And that distinction matters.
Because the roommate is described as having a lengthy criminal record.
So if this is the kind of person gun control is supposed to stop…
what new law was going to do it?
The legal gun owner goes to the counter.
Fills out the forms.
Passes the background check.
Pays the fees.
Waits for approval.
The criminal skips all of that.
That is the part politicians never want to sit with.
Their laws land on the person who follows the law.
Not the person already going around it.
Then a reporter asked Ilhan Omar about what happened.
Nothing.
Not a word.
Ask about somebody else’s tragedy, and there is a speech ready.
Ask about guns in her own son’s apartment, and suddenly the microphone disappears.
So here is the real question:
Do gun bans stop criminals, or do they mostly create more rules for the people already following them?
On September 4th, Palmetto State Armory along with the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, filed an amicus brief with the United States Supreme Court in Viramontes v. Cook County and Grant v. Higgins—cases that could have a major impact on the future of the AR-15 and similar semiautomatic rifles in America.
Palmetto State Armory's mission is to spread freedom to all Americans. If you're with us in that pursuit, follow us and share this post. Our goal has been, and will always be, to continue to spread freedom and defend our constitutional rights.

Looking back at how these platforms evolved, do you think modern tactical upgrades genuinely improve functional performance, or have we just prioritized visual modularity?
🚨 BIG WIN FOR GUN OWNERS: SUPPRESSORS JUST GOT A LOT EASIER
Republicans dropped the old $200 NFA tax on suppressors down to $0.
A federal judge then ruled that because it’s no longer a tax, a huge chunk of the old paperwork, fingerprints, local police sign-off, and multi-month waits no longer apply for many buyers.
What people get wrong:
Suppressors do not make guns silent like the movies.
They protect your hearing, reduce recoil, and make the gun more controllable — especially for smaller shooters.
It’s a safety and usability tool, not a “assassin” device.
Some states still ban them. Most of the rest just got a lot more freedom.
Hearing protection shouldn’t require a special federal permission slip.
This is progress.
