Bryor came to me at the start of this offseason and has done nothing but work his tail off and get better each day. He is a strong interior OL with heavy hands who consistently moves defenders in the run game. He plays with power at the point of attack and has shown clear development in his athleticism, including improved bend and change of direction. His ability to play both guard positions and center will be valuable at the next level.
