The most annoying thing about being human on Earth right now is the absolute waste of potential.
Brilliant minds and artists could be solving world hunger, climate change, and ending cancer, etc.
We could house, feed, clothe, and care for everyone.
But instead, we’ve decided to let a handful of asshats become billionaires, start wars, murder and imprison people, and keep the majority in poverty while ruining the climate.
It’s so stupid. The wasted ingenuity hurts to think about.
Finally women are being studied and now we are finding out that the women (egg )doesn't really have a biological clock it's the men who do...... Quality of a man's sperm is responsible for most miscarriages. Over time, The egg quality remains the same but quantity drops, but for a man (sperms) quality drops and quantity remains the same!....wheww

Stop letting people consume you. They didn’t call? Go to sleep. They didn’t message you? Put your phone down and have a better day. They left you on read? Delete the conversation. They didn’t make an effort? Match their energy. Don't let anyone drain you of your happiness.
Start saving money, build community, stretch daily, look after your health, don’t ignore your teeth, reduce your salt/sugar/alcohol intake. Get health and life insurance, exercise 3 times a week, it can be fun, it doesn’t have to be military training and just live your life.
it will also increase your cortisol levels (stress hormone), decrease your sleep quality, increase your cholesterol levels and affect your blood sugar levels. rather eat smaller meals throughout the day.
