Basically, any account with the account located in Vietnam under the age of 13 can't play Roblox anymore. Which is really BAD.

I think I have found a way to chat in Roblox VNG.

@E4erZ @Roblox yeah im in the match and it keeps Round DRAW and also lost my weapon in match :(
