@minleedandelion @kpopisfcoolkids If you want compensation: You have to send to your contract partner (i.e. from whom you have bought your ticket) a „Mängelrüge“. It is a formal complaint to your contract partner that the contract was not fulfilled satisfactorily, that the service was faulty.
