Jio claim to have launched in over 3000 cities. But not even reaching 15% of the house. Inefficient Jio group has failed to install Airfiber. I was forced to take Jio fiber. They have convinently used booking ref of Airfiber

@JioCare I can understand your frustration due to failure of Airfiber in the 8 cities it's launched. Jio management & the core team lost the plot. Highly inefficient group. It's only made for appartments & not for independent houses. How foolish were the design & engineering team @ Jio

Not sure with what planning did Jio launched Airfiber?. Not many have a clue. Jio care is completely in dark with reality. They just respond like a parrot. Jio center say they cannot install Airfiber on independent house. This is utter nonsense.

Inefficient Jio management & jio center have failed to install Airfiber. I was forced to take Jio fiber. They have convinently used the booking reference of Airfiber & closing up their inefficiency.

@pankaju17 @reliancejio @RIL_Updates I had received an SMS on 21.10.2022. Your executive visited my location and said they cannot install AirFiber connection to independent house. They have instructions from Mumbai office not to install. If Jio was not prepared why launch AirFiber? Only to keep share holders happy

My nearest Jio center is forcing me to take Jio fibre services & they say they will not install Airfiber. When I contacted Jiocare, they repeat like a parrot with no specific response and accountability.

@JioCare Anuja, Do not fool around. Read my above messages U will note that SMS was received & the Engineer visited my location & said they cannot install it for individual house & can't install in areas where Jiofiber services are available. They have instructions for regional & HO (1/2)
