It was my fault. My cat was healthy at his checkup a year ago. He was killed by the local water. A TDS of 680+ PPM is toxic for cats; they need Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtered water. I hope lithotripsy devices become available here one day so that pets can have a better life.

So what happened? It started at 4 AM with vomiting. I thought it was a hairball, but by afternoon he was vomiting white foam and refused to eat. The first clinic refused us; the second had no diagnostic tools and misdiagnosed him with hairball, prescribing laxatives and malt

I thought I’d be ready since he almost died years ago, but he survived then only to die now under hopeless conditions. My heart still aches a month later. He was my companion through every happiness and sorrow, traveling several countries with me for 8 years.
