@SamsungIndia Technician attended my washing machine complaint. Model wfb8508nmw8.this issue was only a rat bitten/open wire which was simply reconnected-no spares replaced. However i was charged ₹826.feel this excessive and request samsung to review the charges and provide fare resolution.
