@BlakeInGroup I think it’s a great deal for both sides. Semler was stuck at <1 mnav and couldn’t keep the flywheel going. Consolidate those coins with a company that is 100% focused on an accretive bitcoin strategy and in the meantime shareholders can arb the premium gap between SMLR and ASST.
