It will make allegations of dishonesty against barristers where, for example, they have blown the whistle against the Bar Council. Knowing it will end in certain disbarment because they can control Tribunals by conversations.

The Bar Standards Board is in crisis, with a massive backlog of investigations and poor performance on timeliness - so what do they do? Announce revised ‘social media guidance’ under which it will be professional misconduct for barristers to misgender someone on Twitter?

@banjobern @tc1415 Thereafter the BSB pursued McCarthy following vexatious complaints by another barrister. BSB changed witness statements and withheld evidence from Disciplinary Tribunal. HC and CA criticised BUT then ensured relative of original judge on second disciplinary tribunal.

@banjobern @tc1415 You do realise the BSB has ACTUALLY been found guilty of inviting a witness to alter its evidence AFTER a defendant submitted his statement and withholding material evidence from a Disciplinary Tribunal ? If you’ve read all cases in last 10 years you will be able to name the case
