@M3nagerie_Mom @DeAngelisCorey “Better results” is subjective. Teachers in my state don’t have union dues. Texas average salary for all workers is $63-65k. Texas average public school teacher salary is $50-54k. “Paying enough” is also subjective. Most teachers I know have a second job to make ends meet.
