@elonmusk @C_3C_3 That's much of the reason why I went and became verified on X, and have stopped using alternative AI solutions. You're putting it on the line to save our Republic and I'm on board.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@NickJFreitas 🤣🤣🤣

As I was watching the video of that gentleman spew vacuous nonsense, I was thinking about that very clip from Billy Madison!

No coffee mug needed as that was spot on.

🤣🤣🤣

@tuuu28283 I've had frog legs and they're pretty good. Skin them, throw them on the grill with some seasoning and baste with garlic butter. Good eating, for sure.

To be fair, you've got to catch a passel of them to feel full, but the ponds in Ohio are rife with them.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@learning_yohei We have guns... lots, and lots of guns.

@josh119872 @OblockTodd The CEO hires competent VPs and then empowers them to make decisions. He doesn't involve himself in minutiae.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

GFY Geraldo.

Here are the facts:

1. Starlink is a civilian constellation network, and its use to execute kill strikes against targets is a gross violation of its terms of service.
2. Additionally, the Starlink service was being hacked by Ukrainian engineers in order to prosecute drone strikes against Russian refineries and fuel depots. - Again, a violation of the Starlink terms of service.
3. Furthermore, there exists a wholly separate military-use system called Starshield, that is ran by the DoW.

Not only were Ukrainian forces hacking a civilian system to prosecute drone strikes against Russian refineries and fuel depots: after President Trump expressly forbade Zelensky from designating and prosecuting such targets. But the fashion in which Ukrainian forces subverted Starlink to do so, also resulted in the obfuscation of their activities from the DoW.

Clearly, the targeting of Russian refineries and fuel depots was an attempt to drive up global crude prices, which would then result in higher fuel prices here in the US: just weeks before an election.

That sure sounds like an attempt by a foreign entity to influence our domestic elections to me.

Now, let me ask you this: Why didn't I hear you call foul when Apple stopped their Air Drop feature for ONLY mainland China, while demonstrators were actively using it to bypass Chinese firewalls to coordinate anti-Communist protests.

The demonstrators use was wholly inline with the terms of service, as the people using it: were paying Apple subscribers who had that feature as part of their regular plan.

Yet, Apple, when approached by the CCP to ask for help with what they deemed to be 'an issue'; then terminated a paid-for feature that was being provided to their customers as part of their regular plan.

When Apple did that, the CCP arrested thousands of Anti-Communist protesters, and many were killed during the crackdown by the Communists to suppress the demonstrations.

Pretty interesting that you weren't an outspoken critic of Apple for their cooperation with the CCP, when they shut down a paid service that resulted in imprisonment and death to freedom-loving Chinese.

Where were your calls then to nationalize Apple?

Or, is it just that hating Elon Musk may get you invited to Martha's Vineyard?

@elonmusk

[Geraldo Rivera @GeraldoRivera]

If Musk crippled Starlink/Starshield leading to dead Ukrainians, then that is justification for a federal takeover. No matter his fabulous wealth, Musk cannot have veto power over life or death.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@OblockTodd That entire constellation is managed by the DoW.

Elon Musk couldn't throttle that system even if he wanted to.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

Let me help you out.

Treason is defined as:

The crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill or overthrow the sovereign or government.

I think you're confusing the patching of an exploited system vulnerability, with the wholly separate actions being undertaken by Senator Elissa Slotkin and the 1,600 intelligence officials and the other government members mentioned in the recent reportage by @DataRepublican.

Trying to implement a color revolution within the United States, and overthrow the duly elected body-politic IS treasonous behavior.

See the difference?

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@KurtSchlichter It just means that, even were I so inclined (which I'm not), I'm too damned old to run.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@JoaquinCastrotx The U.S. Constitution only applies to American Citizens.

The U.S. is a sovereign nation, and our government is by The People, and For The People... not for the world.

[J P Chamberlain @JPChamberlainX]

Dear President Trump;

I haven't asked much of you. I'm MAGA all day long, and support you no matter what. You've done a simply breathtaking job, and have already done so much to ensure this country remains upright.

But sir, today I must ask.

No, I must DEMAND.

As an American citizen, descended from 400 years of American citizens, I must DEMAND that you use the FULL FORCE AND POWER of your office, your station, and your considerable influence, to round these people up -- and yes, I've chosen that phrase purposefully -- then arrest them, TRY THEM VIA MILITARY TRIBUNAL (NOT the clown court of Spakle Sooknanen, among others) and then punish them according to the Constitutional proscription for treason.

Yes, that's a rope.

Not one or two of them. Not a handful. Not even dozens.

Sir, I DEMAND that it be ALL of them. Hundreds. THOUSANDS. Every last one of them, even if we have to import the rope from China.

I won't threaten to "sit out the midterms"; I'm not a moron.

I won't threaten to "leave MAGA"; again, I'm not a moron.

I won't threaten at all.

I'm simply telling you I WANT THE GLOVES TO BE FULLY OFF NOW.

What these people have done and are doing is criminal of the highest order, and from the highest offices. I don't just want them prosecuted; I don't just want them punished.

I want them standing before the Lord. And I want it before your term ends.

And I know I'm not alone. You'll see this liked, reposted, and commented by others JUST LIKE ME.

We're DONE with being nice.

We are ALL demanding that you be done with being nice, too.

Thank you.

The reporting by DR on the activities of the Dems is profoundly disturbing and require a preemptive action to stop their color-revolution from being successful.

Please take the necessary action to snatch-and-grab these traitorous folks, and stop their attempts at another overthrow of our government.

[Cynical Publius @CynicalPublius]

Let me break down what I'm seeing and hearing here from DR.

I don't know DR's source for these materials , but they appear completely legit and are profoundly disturbing.

These are leading members of the Democrat Party hatching up the following strategy:

1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest.

2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act.

3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy whereby Democrat governors appear justified in taking the extreme action of refusing to acknowledge federal authority and push to form a new form of federal government via various means, including an Article V transformation of the Constitution.

Maybe there is more to this and it's not as bad as it seems, but right now this appears to be a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter.

This is a CIA-style color revolution in real time, on our own soil.

(Of course the legacy media is nowhere near this--it takes us Internet randos to get the word out.)

Two-Tiered Justice Undermines the Case for Tough-on-Crime

Rep. Nancy Mace is right that “Empathy for the guilty is cruelty to the innocent” and that soft-on-crime policies have left victims and communities paying the price. When violent repeat offenders are released without bail, when prosecutors decline to charge, and when the revolving door spins, ordinary people bear the cost. Violent criminals belong behind bars. Repeat offenders should not get endless chances. Prosecutors who refuse to prosecute violent crime should be replaced. That much is not in dispute.

The practical problem is that millions of Americans see two-tiered enforcement every day and therefore hesitate to hand more power to the same institutions. Why should the common citizen support a more aggressive application of the law when the same system routinely treats the powerful differently?

What counts as a “violent crime” under any new aggressive standard? Does armed defense of home and person against government overreach qualify? The historical record at Ruby Ridge remains a live example of how that question can be answered in practice. Clear, consistent rules that protect the right of self-defense are a prerequisite for broader support of stricter criminal enforcement.

The same principle applies at the top. Insider-trading statutes should be enforced against lawmakers with the same vigor applied to private citizens. The handling of classified material—tens of thousands of emails containing Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access information stored on a private server later accessed by foreign intelligence services—should not be treated as a minor administrative matter when the subject is a former Secretary of State. Taxpayer dollars measured in the tens of billions that flowed to NGOs and then reappeared in political campaigns on both sides of the aisle raise the same question: why have the recipients not faced the same process the public is told is mandatory for ordinary people?

Roughly comparable concerns attach to the scale of illegal entry and the circuitous funding that supported it, as well as to the later naturalization and electoral activity of populations concentrated in places such as Minnesota, Michigan, and Texas whose political leaders have publicly called for fundamental changes to American institutions and culture. Those who designed, funded, and continue to defend policies that produced these outcomes should face the same scrutiny applied to street-level offenders.

I support being harder on violent criminals. Child rapists, sex traffickers, and murderers should face the maximum penalties the law allows, including capital punishment where it is authorized. Televised execution is a separate policy question about deterrence and public accountability; the core point is that the penalty must be certain and severe. The deeper obstacle is the degree of apparent rottenness among those who write and oversee the laws. When the public no longer trusts that the motivations of the powerful align with the safety of ordinary citizens, calls for stricter enforcement lose their force—even when the underlying diagnosis of soft-on-crime failure is correct.

Law and order cannot be restored on a selective basis. Apply it at the top first, or do not ask the rest of the country to accept it at the bottom.

[Rep. Nancy Mace @RepNancyMace]

Empathy for the guilty is cruelty to the innocent.

Every time a violent repeat offender is released without bail, a dangerous criminal walks free early, or a prosecutor refuses to charge a crime, innocent people pay the price.

Soft-on-crime policies are not compassion. They are a choice to put criminals over victims and innocent Americans have paid for it with their lives.

Enough.

Violent criminals belong behind bars. Repeat offenders should never get a revolving door. Prosecutors who refuse to prosecute violent criminals should be removed. Every victim deserves a justice system which stands on their side.

It's time to restore law and order. Our communities depend on it.

“If you execute a terrorist it will be used as a recruiting tool!”

They used old textbooks as justification to burn France to the ground.

It's time for the people with delicate constitutions to take a walk, and let dangerous men do bad things to bad people.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@bennyjohnson If so: arrest > trial > conviction > firing squad.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

Scott, typically I find myself in agreement with your various stances on issues; however, in this case you're wrong.

Islam does not need any additional justification to attack all who are 'other', as their book directs them to do exactly that. To convert by convincing, or if that fails the sword.

No. We as a society need to show these folks that direct action taken against our citizenry will result in a one-way ticket to meet their demonic deity. In fact, in order to really let them know we mean business, the firing squad should be all female - and the bullets dipped in pork fat.

The time for niceties are over, as evinced by the actions of this jihadist... and further reinforced by the actions of the muslim community in Dearborn, Michigan.

Either we take a hard line and start sending them onward for judgment, or prepare to see open conflict on the streets during our lifetime.

[Mattox6 @BSD_Appalachian]

@RepNancyMace Wow! Tatts, and a hardcore attitude. I like you more every day.

Keep up the great work Rep. Mace.
