Hey @SouthwestAir - we’re at @MCO and have been waiting for our luggage from flight 4014 for over two hours. We’re getting no answers from your employees. Other flights have come in after the code red storm but still nothing from our flight. People are FRUSTRATED!

@FiBelleFi How well do you know about Deluxe nights boarding group? Do they go right away or do they last well past 6pm? I’m trying to figure out my strategy. I’d like to get a later boarding group so the queues won’t be as long (regular guests in queue will be gone).
