Staying at Nilachal Bhakta Nivas,Puri on Jun 13th was a terrible experience. Denied a basic bedsheet even after asking 5 times staff just said "not available." Total service degradation in the last 2 years.@CMO_Odisha @arvindpadhee @dm_puri @SJTA_Puri needs urgent intervention!

Severe daily delays on the Bangriposi route! 18402 Intercity & 18007 Simlipal Express are stuck yet again . Unnecessary halting and loco reversal delays at Rupsa have become a chronic structural issue. Passengers deserve a permanent solution, not daily harassment! @serailwaykol

Urgent infrastructure upgrade needed in BGY-ROP section! Single line with just two crossing stations causes daily delays. Today, 18401 Express was held up at Betnoti for ~30 mins to cross 18018, making office goers late for BBSR. Kindly look into this long-pending issue.

18017 Puri–Vzr suffers chronic delays as it shares the rake with 18008/18016 Shalimar services. Passengers get little benefit from this arrangement. A dedicated daily operation of 18017 between Bhanjpur and Puri would improve punctuality, passenger convenience and revenue.
