#SelfCompassion Whether you're still able to work from home, fall somewhere in the middle of having the odd bit to do, or are at the other end of the work situation (and the varying scales of money worries) - please ease off your own pressure:
"Don't let social distance lead to emotional distance. Reach out, open up, let people in. We may not be able toย be with each other right now, but we can still be there for each other." ~Lori Deschene
Your diet is not only what you eat. It's what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around... be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
"And once the storm is over, you wonโt remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You wonโt even be sure, in fact, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you wonโt be the same person who walked in."
