Instead of School Bag, the seller sent an Old cloth and some poly bags.
Customer care is Pathethic. Just automated responses and no real solution.
I need action against the seller and total refund.

Suddenly route of Lashkar Express (12162) has been diverted and now it is running very late. Standing on some random Station since last 02 hours and not moving. Not sure when it will reach my destination.
Who will compensate for the mental stress caused by this?

In this peak festive season, @RailMinIndia decided to reschedule train number 22121 by 08 Hours on 18/10/2025. Due to this, I have to cancel my connecting train i.e Vande Bharat from Rani Kamlapati to Gwalior Junction for which I have to bear Rs. 795 as cancellation charges.

Moreover since no other train was available for booking at that time, I have book a tatkal ticket for a train which was scheduled to leave after 16 hours. Had to pay extra tatkal charges. Thanks to @RailMinIndia and @IRCTCofficial for ruining my Diwali.
