@PeacefulFathers I asked him if he ever thought about doing it again because he "got off so easy". He said why would I, I love you and want a relationship with you. I don't want to harm that. 😭
@PeacefulFathers My then 10 year one time stole a lot of money from me (spent it on fortnite). I never hit him. I displayed curiosity as to why he did that to me, and showed him love. Yes, he got a punishment (he worked it off) and he said he was so happy to do it because he knew he was loved.
@EmbracingTara Same. I was raised by being spanked and I was determined to not do that my kids. They are the most fantastic people and we have a great relationship.
@LondonRiverSFW I don't even know where to begin with this line of thinking. Less taxes is a great thing, and should go to those invested in the states economy.
@jlippincott I have found hitting your child to just increase their shame and avoidance. It can work in the short term, I believe long term it is harmful. It sure as heck didn't work for me growing up.
@Truthful_ast It was until this season. So boring and predictable. And I LOVE this show. I started scrolling when watching this last episode. They must haven't made me care about these new characters.
@1337hero@plex So odd to complain about paying for a service. This is great rage bait and I obviously bought in. If you are smart enough to setup tailscale and you know about Jellyfin then you know that Plex isn't free and is made for people that don't know how to do those things.
@kitten_beloved We tried to adopt several times, but most shelters wouldn't give us a dog if you had any kids under 10. And the ones that did pretty much had no dogs that were good with kids. We did bring home one dog, but had to return it after two days as it bit my 6 year old son.
@BuenoForMiami I 100% agree with this. I spanked my kids I think twice. That was enough for me to know I didn't want to punish that way. I have very well behaved children without needing to go to that extreme. Because hitting is extreme.
@derrickgott007 You know, and continuous bug fixes till Plex dies. You aren't just paying for auth, you are paying that Plex will continue to work and innovate the service.
