🗳️ Proposal: Designate the Canonical Core DEX for Lightchain
This proposal names the Uniswap V2 contract set already live on LightChain mainnet as the ecosystem's core DEX — the venue the official meme launchpad uses at token graduation.
✅ Verified, unmodified, immutable Uniswap V2 code — zero new code introduced
✅ feeToSetter already transferred to the DAO timelock — no single party controls it
✅ Protocol fee stays off (feeTo = 0x0) while liquidity bootstraps and until a separate governance proposal authorizes activation
✅ Frontends stay fully permissionless — anyone can build on these pools

🚨 New Governance Proposal is Live
A proposal has been published to authorize the MEXC listing of LCAI, approve the associated listing fees, and fund the market-making liquidity required for launch on the exchange.
The proposal — "Authorize MEXC Listing, Associated Fees, and Related Liquidity Provisioning for LCAI" — would authorize a single transfer of 70,000,000 LCAI from the Treasury to Quantum Counsel LLC to fund the fixed costs associated with the MEXC listing, including:
- The $50,000 USDT MEXC technical integration fee
- The $50,000 USDT MEXC marketing fee
- The $23,000 USDT Level Markets (EchoTrade) software subscription
- A two-sided market-making liquidity book consisting of approximately $50,000 in LCAI and $50,000 in USDT, as recommended by the market maker for the MEXC listing
Any LCAI not required to fund these fixed costs would remain in segregated custody with Quantum Counsel LLC as a reserve for future DAO-approved market-making, exchange listing, or liquidity actions
🧠 Why it matters:
Previous DAO proposals authorized exchange liquidity provisioning but specifically reserved approval of the final MEXC listing, listing fees, and related agreements for a separate governance vote. This proposal provides that approval while authorizing a single transfer of 70,000,000 LCAI from the Treasury to fund the MEXC listing fees, the Level Markets (EchoTrade) software subscription, and the required market-making liquidity.
Importantly, this proposal does not authorize the EchoTrade sell-and-buy fee module, grant any additional Treasury authority beyond the single approved transfer, or modify the DUNA Agreement or Governing Principles.

🚀 Proposal Executed — Additional Market-Making Liquidity Authorized
The proposal — Authorize Additional LCAI Liquidity Provisioning for Market Making — has officially been executed on-chain.
🗳️ DAO Proposal:
https://t.co/mcCFS7smrm
⛓️Execution:
https://t.co/zdamHqxA4e
With this execution, the DAO has authorized the transfer of 28,000,000 LCAI from the Treasury to support an additional $35,000 per side in market-making liquidity for LCAI.
This proposal builds upon the previously approved Authorize Exchange Liquidity Provisioning proposal, which established the initial liquidity framework. It authorizes Quantum Counsel LLC to bridge and convert only the amount of LCAI necessary to fund the additional buy-side liquidity in USDT while holding the remaining LCAI for the additional sell-side liquidity.
Importantly, this proposal does not approve or amend the market-maker engagement itself, authorize any market-maker fees or compensation, or expand Treasury authority beyond this single-purpose authorization.
What this means:
- 28,000,000 LCAI has been transferred from the Treasury for this specific purpose
- Up to $35,000 in additional buy-side liquidity may be funded through the conversion of LCAI to USDT
- Up to $35,000 in additional sell-side liquidity may be provided in LCAI
- The actual amount deployed is governed by the $35,000 per side liquidity target rather than the maximum token allocation
- Any unused LCAI will be returned to the Treasury and remain available only for future DAO-approved purposes
- Quantum Counsel LLC will report the amounts transferred, converted, deposited, and returned in a future report to the Membership
This proposal represents another important milestone in preparing LCAI for centralized exchange trading by bringing total market-making liquidity to Echo Trade's recommended target, helping support deeper order books and more orderly trading conditions at launch.
Everything remains subject to DAO-approved authority, transparent reporting, and documented governance actions.
🚀 LightChain Testnet Decentralization Upgrade
We're removing the last privileged middleman.
Today, a single off-chain dispatcher selects which worker runs your job, signs the assignment, and routes everything. After this upgrade, job assignment becomes an on-chain lottery, and workers serve you directly from the chain.
🎲 How it works
• Open a session → staked workers check eligibility on-chain → the first eligible worker wins via `claimSession`.
• Eligibility is weighted by stake × reputation, with the window widening over time so everyone gets a chance.
• The winning worker serves every job in your session directly from on-chain events. No queue. No coordinator.
🔐 Still end-to-end encrypted
Your session key is generated in your browser and wrapped to the worker's on-chain key. No relay or API ever sees your prompts in plaintext.
🏆 Reputation matters
The new on-chain `ReputationRegistry` rewards reliable workers. Complete jobs to increase your score. Timeouts or lost disputes reduce future selection odds.
✅ What stays the same
• SIWE login, gasless submission, and live token streaming.
• Chain + blobs remain the source of truth, even if streaming services go down.
🛡️ Safe rollout
The upgrade is gated behind `sortitionEnabled` (off by default). Enable it to switch over, disable it for an instant rollback. Storage upgrades are append-only.
TL;DR: Job assignment moves from a trusted off-chain dispatcher to a trustless on-chain lottery. More decentralized, reputation-driven, private, with the same developer experience.
Next up: We're submitting the upgrade for a final re-audit before mainnet. ⚡

📢 LCAI Testnet Upgrade — Today
Today we're deploying the latest LCAI Testnet upgrade, a major milestone toward a fully decentralized protocol.
This release removes the dispatcher from the assignment path and introduces on-chain, stake- and reputation-weighted worker selection (sortition), while improving protocol performance, reliability, and the overall developer experience.
✨ Highlights
• Decentralized on-chain worker assignment (sortition)
• Permissionless worker self-service architecture
• Reputation-weighted worker selection
• Improved session lifecycle & gasless consumer flows
• Infrastructure and performance improvements
🔜 What's Next?
The updated Layer 1 implementation will now be submitted for a full independent security re-audit.
Once the audit is successfully completed, we'll proceed with the Mainnet upgrade. We don't have an exact timeline yet, but we'll share one closer to deployment.
After the audit passes, we'll also publish the complete technical implementation report covering this upgrade, and the protocol will become fully open source.
⚠️ During the Upgrade
Some Testnet services may experience brief downtime or temporary interruptions while the upgrade is being completed. This is expected.

🚨 New Governance Proposal is Live
A proposal has been published to authorize an additional $35,000 per side of market-making liquidity for LCAI, building toward Echo Trade's recommended $50,000 per side depth.
The proposal — "Authorize Additional LCAI Liquidity Provisioning for Market Making" — would authorize the DUNA's legal counsel to transfer up to 28,000,000 LCAI from the Treasury, bridge and convert a portion to USDT for buy-side liquidity and hold the remainder as LCAI for sell-side liquidity.
🧠 Why it matters:
Echo Trade's recommended depth for an orderly market is $50,000 per side. This proposal supplies the remaining $35,000 per side needed to reach that benchmark, building on the $15,000 per side already deployed under Proposal #135742. The dollar target governs the amount actually deployed — the 28,000,000 LCAI figure is a hard cap, with any unused LCAI returned to the Treasury. This proposal does not authorize any fee, retainer, or compensation to the market maker — that remains a separate governance action.
