@jfmezei Those are conductors that attach the primary (the 3 wires on top) to the neutral (the lower wire that has spun bus on it). The purpose is to prevent any stray electricity if someone accidentally energizes the line so that the HQ crew can work safely on the non-energized lines.

Hey @QuickBooks! Still no resolution to the QuickBooks Online issue I reported 3.5 weeks ago. Your support staff are awesome at closing cases without actually fixing anything or giving your customers an update.

@daisyjezz7 It's the same issue previously reported - rules not being applied to transactions despite matching. My theory is that there is an internal limit on the number of matches a rule can have in a single transaction. The correct fix is to process matches in multiple transactions.

Hey @QuickBooks! Your support for QuickBooks online is awful. 3 weeks of waiting after reporting a bug with no resolution. I am disappointed and don't see how QuickBooks online is usable when it falls apart on a few thousands bank transactions. Fix your scalability issues.

@QuickBooks Yes, some rules were created after transactions were uploaded as the data for the business is still in the process of being imported.

@QuickBooks Yes, I have deleted the rule and recreated it. Yes, I've tried to Edit a rule and then press Save. This issue has been reported by multiple people in the community forums. QuickBooks Online just doesn't seem to be able to cope with imports of thousands of transactions.

@QuickBooks Rules are not getting applied. I have 26 pages of transactions that match a rule but are not being applied automatically. That kinda defeats the entire purpose of using rules to save time.

We still have no means by which to recover the stranded engineering costs from the RC8 project. What does one do when you can't attach to poles and build a business to the point of break even?

@Mark_Goldberg @weltraumagentur @TorontoStar @CFibreCo Pole ownership in Ontario is split somewhere around 60/40 between Hydro One and Bell. Bell owns the only communications strand in much of rural Ontario. It is not cost effective to duplicate these resources, especially when the obsolete copper telephone cables are coming down.
