@SouthwestAir still cancelling flights and over 8 hours to talk to customer service if you don't disconnect. Awful service. Feel bad for the workers who take the brunt of people's anger. Hope they make it right with people or they will lose customers.

@SouthwestAir cancelled my brother's flight from Denver to Boise. Said it's not weather related, won't do anything for them. Now they're stuck in @DENAirport w/ their 11 month old daughter & are on stand by to get to Boise tomorrow around 11am. #SouthwestAirlines #MerryChristmas
