By all means plan. Don’t just drift into 2021.
But when all the plans are formed and pursued, trust the perfect purposes of God for his children, not your plans.
“Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” Proverbs 19:21
Social distance need not mean social isolation. Lean into others from afar. Let them know you haven’t forgotten them. This pandemic can steal a lot; don’t let it have the gift of friendship, too.
“God knows and sees where I am and is working on my behalf. It’s real and it’s life. We have a mighty God who goes before us, and never ever leaves us.” #KariJobe

Tonight I’m being reminded of God’s unconditional love towards his children. I’m going back in time to remember the biggest trial of my life, and God meeting me there, in the middle of my pain. He was there! His words, “Be still.” still resonate in me. https://t.co/y52xUorwN3
“Let’s keep living and laughing and serving and enjoying those we love (yes, even if from a necessary distance!). Because a good King is on the throne, we need not be slaves to fear.”
“And the story God is writing for Iran reminds us that we have every reason to rejoice and remain confident in our sovereign Lord and the power of his gospel.”
“Some days I’m simply a bad mom. In those times I don’t need the false assurance that I’m doing the best I can, because it’s not true.” https://t.co/jjH4eV8ho1

Es tu amor que me sostiene
El que me levanta
El que me da paz
Me da seguridad
De lo que vendrá
Tú tienes el control
Nunca pierdes el control...

The power for self-discipline does not come from admiring self-discipline, or from wishing we were more self-disciplined. It does not come from making new resolves and plans. The power comes from the prize, whatever we really want at the end of the day. https://t.co/PsyJ8Yeg4f
“I don’t think genuine believers in Christ lose their salvation. And there is a kind of sinning, which is more deliberate, more eager, more persistent, than the way a genuine believer sins — sins that are confessed and forgiven.”
All sin involves a conscious choice. But going on sinning deliberately — with eagerness and persistence — will destroy the soul. https://t.co/pHNKlQoBzQ
We have too small a view of the holiness of God and the sinfulness of man. Father, help us by Your grace to flee from sin and run to You. #praytheword https://t.co/8AUr5aFIgM
