This search tool is on the website of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO). It relates to the cross cutting theme of financial literacy.
Students can search for a financial product and view case studies of disputes that relate to that financial product that have been mediated upon by the FSPO.
It features in the class activity on pg. 458 of Business Alive. Try it out by searching for "credit card".
