@XboxSupport is 5 hours your normal support resolution? Been bounced to 8 different departments now and “format your hard drive” is the only “solution” I’ve been given this far

@USPS my package is moving 1/2. State a day. It was supposed to arrive Friday. Now it’s been in Illinois moving about 30 miles a day.... what’s going on here.

FYI: Do not ship with @USPS ! This is the second package of mine this year they have lost and their customer service is the worst. Their solution is to continue to wait and see if it shows up because they can’t track it in their system....

Hey @USPS I have a lost package and all your forms of customer service have not helped one bit. “Just wait for it to arrive” is the advice I am currently getting. It’s been “in transit to next destination” for 6 days and was supposed to arrive 3 days ago.
