@paulabartabajo_ Once tasks go multi-turn, prompt quality matters less than orchestration and defaults. I’ve been approximating this by treating memory as policy (verification-first, uncertainty handling, escalation rules) rather than state.
LLM quality gains for me came less from prompt tweaks and more from system design.
Bounded project contexts, behavioral memory as policy, and document grounding as a lightweight RAG reduced drift, hallucination, and rework.
