@michelledennis We need to identify our best staff (or train) to support these practicum students. Even as simple as identifying the block of weeks ahead. Does the staff member have an uninterrupted schedule? Are the scheduled classes conducive to supporting the prac students requirements?
I think we will still reflect on this quote for many years to come.
