ESPN sources: The Eagles are trading Pro-Bowl WR A.J. Brown to the Patriots for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick that is the better of New England’s two fifths. The deal that has been speculated on for weeks now finally is happening. Brown and Patriots HC Mike Vrabel are reuniting.

If the Red Sox do not rally and get over .500 this year and then 2027 is wiped out by a work stoppage, they will have spent a grand total of one day over .500 in two years. The last time that happened was the 1932 and 1933 seasons, where they went a combined 91 games under .500.

Tired of hearing the Red Sox are aggressive on looking to improve the team when they refuse to make even internal changes after a game like today when Coloumbe and Weissert continue to not get the job done. Also, the time to improve was the offseason, like it’s always been Craig!

@DanBFox1287 Would’ve rather have seen Moran or Samaniego in the sixth or Weissert with a clean inning. Coloumbe hasn’t been able to find the zone all season. Pen is short so tough to blame Tracy, but Coloumbe isn’t the answer for this roster.

@EdHand89 You know I have. Tough schedule ahead. Yes, the AL is mediocre and maybe they stay 3-5 back for awhile. But, could also see them losing 4 of next 5 series with multiple sweeps in play.
