@TheZooK33per@GoaPennsylvania One way is challenging the law in court. By by my reading there are so many gaping holes in the law that it in now way applies to silencers or SBRs, and only makes SBSs an add on charge if you commit a crime with it.
@GoaPennsylvania Even without these exceptions let's look at what is an offensive weapon. " Firearms made are adapted to silent discharge. A silencer on its own does not meet that definition. Even the assembled firearm does not have a silent discharge, it still has a specific report.
@GoaPennsylvania 1. "In Compliance" with the NFA, specifically 26 U.S.C. Β§ 5801 et seq. If certain sections are enjoined a legal reading could easily say you are still in compliance. With 5801 without having to follow the enjoined sub paragraphs.
