Trusted Fed Government Contracts Attorney. Providing legal counsel to organizations in their relationships with the world's largest buyer of goods & services
@Uber my naval officer son lost his wallet in one of your cars and you and the driver have been no help. Driver has acknowledged he has the wallet and won’t return it. Is this really how you treat your customers?!
@ZachFB Mr. Fryer Briggs you are also part of the problem. You just defended a story that reported on rumors. When does a rumor become reportable to you and your publication? When it meets whatever salacious goals might be? Edward Murrow is rolling in his grave.
@SarahNLynch@AGoudsward What kind of nonsense is this? “Courts in other cases have repeatedly upheld the ability of the U.S. Justice Department to appoint special counsels to handle certain politically sensitive investigations.” Did you even read the decision?
@RNCResearch The First Lady looks like a football coach covering their mouth so we can't read their lips. What is she saying to him? Let's get creative!
Terry Haines of Pangaea Policy says 'neither party is particularly serious' about the debt issue. "They'll throw as much incentive as they possibly can at building the defense industrial base even more"

@CorkyForNH A riot or a protest is not an insurrection or rebellion. The Civil War was an actual rebellion. A couple of hundred unarmed rioting or protesting civilians is not. Butchering the Constitution and the English language because of animus against one individual is a bad precedent.
@FoxNews@jaketapper your supposed curiosity seems to be limited to reading the House memo. How about doing your own actual investigation and asking the witnesses questions yourself? That's sort of your job, not just criticizing other investigators.
@Mobility61@wademiller He proposed actual legislation 4 times that would require all federal programs to reviewed to see if they should be continued. Cong. Rec. Vol.121, Part 17 - Senate pages 21715 - 21828
@DavidMatheny1@JocelynBenson Citizens United involved a movie not a contribution. Are you saying the government can restrict what movies can be made or watched? How facist of you.
@ProfMarkovic @steve_vladeck If forgiveness is allowed to proceed while the merits (or standing) are being litigated, damages isn't going to help anyone harmed if the forgiveness program is ultimately determined to be improper. A short stop isn't going to harm anyone. No one is paying right now.
@steve_vladeck Its really not that hard to understand. The Court viewed the inequities of allowing forgiveness to proceed to lean in favor of the plaintiffs. Once forgiveness starts it can't be unwound if the forgiveness program is ultimately judged as improper.
@GlennKesslerWP @RNCResearch How dumb is @GlennKesslerWP? Skin cancer is from the sun. @POTUS was saying he got cancer from where he lived because of toxins. But nice try with the spin.
@mldauber @StanfordLaw reputation just took a giant leap backwards in my view. This person should never be allowed in a classroom teaching future lawyers. Complete lack of self awareness or understanding of the role of a lawyer.
