@AmericanAir need to connect with customer service ASAP about a damaged bag. Tried to submit a claim online, but it said we need an incident number, but we were not able to file a report at the airport due to the flight being delayed and landing very late (no one was available).

@Instacart there’s nothing worse than spending 45 min putting together a cart & then once ordered, the account is locked & the order is cancelled. This has happened to me SO many times, & my cc doesn’t scan, so now I have to wait 24 hrs to get back into my account to reorder?!
